Overview
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for a stated purpose, at your direction, or as required by law. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and information involved.

Other members and the public
When you publish a profile, post, comment, group, event, review, or business listing, information is shared with the audience shown in the product. Messages are shared with their recipients. Avoid posting private information you do not want that audience to see.
Business transfers and international processing
Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process information in other jurisdictions; we use protections required by applicable law.
Safeguards
We expect service providers to process information only for authorized purposes, use reasonable security, and comply with applicable privacy obligations. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
