We collect information from you, your device, your interactions with the service, other users when they interact with or report content, and providers that help operate The Black Hub. We use it to provide accounts and community features, personalize local content, process subscriptions, communicate with you, maintain safety, prevent fraud, measure performance, and comply with law.
4. Sensitive personal information
Depending on how you use the service, sensitive information may include precise geolocation, account credentials, communications content, or information that may reveal protected characteristics. We use sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary for disclosed services, safety, security, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by law.
5. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
The Black Hub does not sell personal information for money. California law defines “sale” and “sharing” more broadly, and some analytics or advertising disclosures may qualify. Where required, we provide a method to opt out and honor valid opt-out preference signals. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention varies by information type, account status, and whether a legal hold or safety investigation applies.
