Our commitment
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where applicable. Accessibility is part of our ongoing design, engineering, content, and quality-review work.
Accessibility practices
Clear structure
Consistent navigation, descriptive headings, labels, and meaningful link text.
Readable presentation
Scalable text, sufficient contrast, visible focus indicators, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
Flexible interaction
Keyboard-accessible web controls and support for platform accessibility settings where available.
Assistive technology
Semantic web markup and native accessibility information intended to support common screen readers.
Known limitations
Some content or features may not yet fully meet our goals, including third-party content that we do not control. We review reported barriers, prioritize issues based on impact, and work to provide an accessible alternative where practicable.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of The Black Hub, please tell us what happened, the page or feature involved, the device and assistive technology you used, and the best way to reach you. Do not include passwords or other sensitive account credentials.
What happens next
We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge accessibility feedback, investigate the issue, and provide information or an alternative format when appropriate. Resolution times depend on the nature and complexity of the request.
Scope
This statement applies to The Black Hub’s public website and The Black Hub mobile applications. Third-party websites and services linked from The Black Hub have their own accessibility practices.
